How long should it take to properly hand wash panties?

I usually soak them in water and some vinegar for 10 mins, then I spend about 5 mins on each panty scrubbing the crotch part with baby shampoo. So, am I doing it correctly? What would you recommend to get them very clean?How long should it take to properly hand wash panties?

wash them in warm water and detergent to eliminate the bacteria caused by feces,even if you don't have skid marks on them they were in contact with your private parts, rub them as you already are and rinse them until no soap suds is left in them hang to dry.
well if you have fancy panties then yea your fine. but if their the regular ol kind of panties the put them in the washer and save you time for something else.
until the stains c*m out! Boom!
i would recommend you throw them in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes
