Where can I sell second hand washing machine that needs reconditioning?

I have a good 3 and a half yr old Whirlpool washing machine that needs to be repaired as it won't spin. I have decided to buy a new one but don't want this one to go in the landfill. If anyone wants to have it to recondition it please contact me!Where can I sell second hand washing machine that needs reconditioning?
You can sell it on Craigslist.org

Be honest with your advertisement...mention that it needs reconditioning. Include a picture.

Don't use Freecycle.org. Freecycle is for things given away for free ONLY. You can't sell your washer on Freecycle.Where can I sell second hand washing machine that needs reconditioning?
even if you dispose of it through the council it will not go to landfill as they need to meet stringent recycling targets .if you have access to a car take it to your local recycling centre they will either sell it on if its worth it or dismantle and recycle it .The council usually charge separately for bulky items you cannot just put it out with your normal rubbish .Recycle centres do not charge. The company you buy your new machine may take the old one and recycle it as part of the delivery service.
Have you tried your local freecycle or freegle group on Yahoo, you offer the item on the website and people contact you if they would like it. You pick who you would like to gift the item too and they collect it when you arrange

Stops things going to the tip and helps people with items that they might not otherwise be able to afford
take it down to the recycling place , it wont go to landfill, they will see if its worth salvaging, if not they will recycle the scrap metal, nothing will be wasted.
Have you tried Ebay? Also if you're just trying to give it away, then you can try freecycle.org
I would by from a place that picks up the old appliance.=)
Try Freecycle
